Shipping Policy

1. Free tracked U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free to all U.S. addresses, including rural routes. There are no minimum spend requirements.

2. Delivery timeframes

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location; your tracking link shows the current estimate.

Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, public holidays or remote locations.

3. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery.

4. Shipping addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@essentiare.com as soon as possible.

5. Lost or damaged orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days. With optional Shipping Protection selected at checkout, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Without Shipping Protection, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. International shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
