1. Who we are

Essentiare™ sells the Essentiare TrailView™ wireless backup camera and related accessories. For any questions, email hello@essentiare.com.

2. Using the site

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering.
• You may not misuse the Site (e.g. interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape content).
• Content, branding and imagery on the Site are owned by Essentiare or licensed to us. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
• We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability. If an error occurs, we may cancel an order and refund any amount paid.
• An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order.
• Bundles and promotional offers may change or end without notice.

4. Payment

We process payments through Stripe, which supports eligible card, wallet and buy-now-pay-later methods in the United States (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and Affirm, subject to availability). Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free and tracked within the United States. Details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

7. Product use and safety

The Essentiare TrailView™ is a driver-assistance accessory. It does not replace the driver’s duty of care or your mirrors. You are responsible for safe vehicle operation at all times. Specs for range, battery life and night vision are guide values and depend on vehicle, weather and surroundings.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and content on the Site are the property of Essentiare or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Essentiare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
